Jack and Eve met through friends in 2021, just before he deployed. After that, they did long distance, and Eve had the chance to meet Jack’s mom and family while he was deployed. At the time, Eve was a junior at Grand Canyon University. When Jack came back from deployment, they stayed in Colorado, where they learned to ski and adopted their dog, Aspen. They also traveled and went to country concerts whenever they could. After Jack left the Army, he proposed to Eve on the beach at Isle of Palms, and they’ve since moved to Tuscaloosa, Alabama, ready for whatever comes next.

Jack grew up in Charlotte with his parents, Liz and Jay, and his two siblings, Riley and Matt. He attended West Point and graduated in 2019. After serving in the Army and completing his service as a captain in 2024, Jack is known for his resilience and dedication; he never complained during his deployment and always took care of his soldiers. He enjoys staying active, whether it’s going to the gym or playing pickleball, and he also enjoys watching soccer and traveling. Jack takes great care of his family, friends, and their Frenchie, Aspen, and is known for his great sense of humor.

Eve grew up in Illinois and spent much of her childhood on multiple Army bases, where she enjoyed playing soccer. In 2017, she experienced the sudden loss of her dad, which led her to Christ. In 2023, Eve graduated from Grand Canyon University. Known for her kindness and care for others, she also modeled with Wilhelmina throughout college. She now loves baking cakes, doing Pilates, working out with Jack, traveling, and taking care of their Frenchie, Aspen.
